  • Devices such as Fiber optic cable, ONU Device, Router, supplied by us shall remain Company property.

  • All plans are prepaid and the customer is liable to pay before the plan expires.

  • User Account will be automatically disabled if not renewed within 1 billing cycle.

  • One-time Registration, Installation and Configuration charge applicable i.e. 1000/-. or depends on feasibility check.

  • Sky Internet reserves full rights to alter or make changes to any plans without any prior notice.

  • GST 18% applicable as per Govt Norms and Policy.

  • Documents: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Electricity Bill, Passport Size Photo 2 Enterprise users GST Certificate, MSME Certificate, Work Order/ Purchase Order.

  • ONU and Router ONT are only for use whenever you cancel a connection you have to give devices back.

  • Payment for installation shall be made after necessary due diligence and approval of the Supply, Installing and Commissioning Internet connectivity as per this Quotation scope.

  • Payment should be paid Yearly/ Half Yearly/ Quarterly/Monthly basis.

  • Installation Duration: 2-4 Days after confirmed received of PO/WO with payment.
